Ingredients: Multi-Millets (30%), Rice Flour (70%), Tapioca Starch, Potato Starch
- For 50 gm of pasta, bring 1-2 L of water to a boil. Add a generous amount of salt to it. (Water should be bubbling vigorously.)
- Add the pasta and keep boiling. Cook uncovered until it’s soft to your liking.
- Drain the pasta water.
(Chef’s Tip: Save pasta water to mix into your sauces for extra flavor.) - Add your favorite vegetables and sauces to the cooked pasta. Serve fresh and enjoy!
